While it may be nice to see a ‘SOLD’ banner, or get an offer from time to time, what makes a broker the best broker for you?

  • Is it consistency? 

Do they keep in touch.  Do they consistently offer knowledge and guidance in the options you are seeking?

  • Is it Aggressiveness and Passion?

Does your agent treat your property as if it their own?  Do they have passion in marketing your property?  Do they make you feel like your property is the most important property?  Do they communicate this with you?

  • Do you want to use a broker who calls you all the time, sends you letters, brochures, emails, texts, etc.

Yes.  You want this person on your team, you need them as your resource.

  • Do you want to receive and accept an off-market or unsolicited offer?
